Dr. Jack Klausner is a 1975 graduate of New York University College of Dentistry. Dr. Klausner has published, teaches, and is currently involved in NIH-funded research into facial pain & TMJ conditions. He is assistant-professor at New York University College of Dentistry in the department of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology, Radiology and Medicine. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Massachusetts Dental Society & Metropolitan District Dental Society. He previously headed the face pain division of the Graham Headache Center at Faulkner Hospital in Boston and has served as TMJ consultant to numerous insurance companies.

Dr. Paul Mathew received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree from the New York University College of Dentistry. In addition, he was chosen for a Cosmetic Dentistry Honors program at New York University and has been awarded the Quincy International Award for Restorative Dentistry. Dr. Mathew has also received continuing education training at the prestigious Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies. He is affiliated with the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

At Back Bay Dental Care, Dr. Mathew's clinical interest and emphasis is cosmetic dentistry. He believes that cosmetic dentistry procedures can give you a younger smile and improve your appearance and overall self-confidence: "Using technology, there are so many different things that can be done to improve your smile, which were simply not possible before. Initially, during a consultation visit, after determining your expectations we can discuss what is best for you. We can even give you a preview of what your smile may look like using computer simulation. In some cases, the dream smile can be achieved in as few as two visits. The goal is to provide you all this and an experience that is as pleasant as possible."

Dr. Michael Bufo is a graduate of two Ivy League institutions & has over 23 years experience in all phases of dentistry. He is a Fellow & Clinical Instructor at the prestigious Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies, where he mentors dentists from around the world in advanced courses in new dental materials & techniques, cosmetic dentistry, TMJ & facial pain, & full mouth reconstruction. In 2008 he was recognized as the Instructor of the Year in the Full Mouth Reconstruction course. Dr. Bufo is also a member of the ADA, the International College of Craniomandibular Orthopedics (ICCMO) & is a charter member of the International Association of Comprehensive Aesthetics (IACA).

Dr. Gustavo Perdomo received his DMD degree from the Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine. In addition, he received his certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Prosthodontics from Boston University. He also has served as assistant clinical professor in Department of Restorative Sciences at Boston University and has been involved in training dentists in the areas of prosthodontics and dental implants. Dr. Perdomo devotes his spare time to his wife, who is also a dentist, and their four children who reside in Newton.
